Chelsea manager Avram Grant has to decide whether to recall a grieving Frank Lampard for the Champions League semifinals after the Blues' 2-1 win over Manchester United. Lampard, whose mother Pat died Thursday, was left off the team for Saturday's Premier League game against the Red Devils, but returned to training the next day ahead of Wednesday's second-leg decider against Liverpool.

NFL Draft 2008

Get cozy everyone it’s going to be a long day. By my calculations, despite the N.F.L’s efforts to streamline the draft, the first two rounds will take at least 8 hours 54 minutes. Chelsea's Stealth

Chelsea will be desperate to regain their Premier League crown after finishing second to Manchester United last season. Chelsea became only the second team to win back-to-back Premier League titles when they clinched it a year later. Mourinho left the club by mutual consent in September 2007.

Premier League Table Up-Close

The Blues travel to Turkey for the first leg on their UEFA Champions League quarter-final on Wednesday, and are fully expecting a cacophony of noise to welcome them to the Sukru Saracoglu Stadium.

The Premier League outfit should be well prepared having already experienced a trip to Greek side Olympiakos in the last round, but with supporters in Istanbul generally regarded as some of the most vociferous in the world the electric atmosphere may prove too much for some players. Like-wise, Sir Alex Ferguson is not taking Manchester United's place in the UEFA Champions League semi-finals for granted after a 2-0 win away to Roma.

Goals from Cristiano Ronaldo and Wayne Rooney have put the Premier League leaders in a commanding position ahead of next week's second leg at Old Trafford.
